Streathers LLP has appointed a new senior partner to its West End office. Sarah Hoad succeeds Bruce Streather in the role, and will serve in the role of senior partner for a three-year term commencing in June 2019.
Sarah Hoad joined Streathers in 2011 and became a partner in 2013. She has a successful residential property practice, covering all sectors of the London property market. She was appointed co-head of the West End office’s property department in November 2015.
As senior partner, Sarah will play a key role in running and promoting the firm’s business in Central London, as well as continuing her client work.
Commenting on her appointment, Sarah said: “I am honoured to be taking on this role and am committed to ensuring that Streathers’ mission of exceeding our client’s expectations wherever possible is delivered. We have an exceptional team of which I am extremely proud. I firmly believe that we have all of the ingredients for ensuring we are an energetic, modern and ambitious firm going into the 2020s.”
Bruce Streather, added: “Sarah’s hard work and enthusiasm, especially over these past three years, has been greatly appreciated and I am delighted that she has seized the opportunity to lead the firm going forward’.
Bruce will remain as a partner albeit in a much less active role and will continue to support the firm.
