Felicity joined Streathers in 2012, was appointed partner in 2016 and now leads the property department.  Felicity predominantly specialises in the country house market but also has a wealth of experience acting for buyers and sellers in prime central London.

Recent notable experience includes:-

  1. Purchase of a 12th century grade I listed castle.
  2. Sale of a £10 million mixed use property
  3. Purchase of a £7 million riverside property including 2 islands
  4. Purchase of two multi-million pound estates with both common land and unregistered land within their boundaries.
