Patricia Hollings

Patricia joined Streathers in June 2016 and was made a Partner in June 2018.

Having been called to the Bar in 1986, she took tenancy in Gray’s Inn Chambers and remains a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Patricia has worked as a non practising barrister in private practice for the last 25 years and was a Reporter for the Family Law Journal and Family Law Reports.

Patricia specialises in family law and has considerable experience in high value cases, often with an international element involving trust and corporate structures. She advises on complex issues such as inherited wealth, exceptional contribution, valuations, pre- and post-acquired wealth, jurisdiction and domicile relating to tax status.

Her practice includes advice on pre and post-nuptial agreements, financial disputes between cohabitees and issues relating to child abduction and children of unmarried relationships.
