Philip Ryder

Previously a partner with Speechly Bircham and Stone King, Philip has recently joined the property department at Streathers, based in the Baker Street office.

Philip has 20 years’ experience of dealing with London property transactions and has handled a variety of sometimes complex and often high value transactions for individuals, corporations and trusts. He prides himself on being thorough with the property due diligence and client reporting and focussing on the key issues for clients. He works quickly and with the client’s commercial interests in mind. He works closely with agents and other professionals associated with the transaction.

Whoever the client, and whether a small or a multi-million pound transaction, Philip always strives to be available and communicative and to provide an excellent service, with the confidential and best interests of the client at the fore.
