Will Brownhill
Solicitor
Will is a solicitor in the family department, having joined Streathers in January 2021. He previously worked as a paralegal at a specialist family law firm, working under supervision of highly regarded family law specialists and continues to do so now at Streathers. Will graduated from the University of Bristol with an LLB (Hons) Law Degree and went on to complete the LPC with Masters at the University of Law in Guildford. Will is driven and has a keen interest in family law cases and has progressed his career based on his chosen specialism. He is compassionate with his clients and demonstrates excellent attention to detail.
Recent Experience:
Will is currently gaining experience in a wide range of family matters including:
- Children matters including child arrangements, international and internal leave to remove applications, contact disputes including complex parental alienation matters.
- Financial arrangements following separation and divorce to include variation of HNW maintenance orders.
- Protective injunctions for victims of domestic violence.
- Assisting with matters arising from the separation of cohabiting couples to include Schedule 1 and TOLATA matters.
