Benjamin Wise

Ben is a Partner in the property department having qualified as a solicitor at Streathers in 2006.

Due to local demand, Ben qualified as a notary public in 2012 and now offers the range of notarial work for individuals and companies.

Ben has extensive experience of dealing with all types of property in London and the rest of the country. He acts for a wide range of clients including developers, landlords and private banks.

In his spare time Ben plays cricket for his local village team in Kent.

Recent experience:

• re-finance of a £4 million farm with a private bank
• purchase of a large development site and subsequent granting of transfers of part to buyers
