Cormac is a regulatory and dispute resolution solicitor. Cormac deals with a range of civil litigation and regulatory matters, with a focus on:

• Commercial and residential property work, including advising clients on: misrepresentation ; issues relating to prescriptive easements; adverse possession ; professional negligence ; landlord and tenant disputes ; 1954 Act business lease renewals ; debt recovery
• Regulatory work, including advising clients on : AML and sanctions ; regulatory investigations ; confidentiality and privilege ; data protection.

Cormac acts for a diverse range of clients. He has advised charities on trustee disputes and debt recovery matters and recently advised a large private equity firm on a data protection matter.
