Daisy Nixon
Solicitor
Daisy qualified as a solicitor in March 2024, having trained at a firm in Sussex. She joined Streathers in February 2025 and is based in our Clapham office, where she advises clients across a wide range of Private Client matters.
Her work includes:
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and General Powers of Attorney
- Making Court of Protection applications, such as deputyship and trustee appointments
- Advising on trusts, including drafting trust deeds and guiding trustees on their legal duties, including trusts for vulnerable persons
Daisy is currently undertaking a Diploma in Tax and Estate Planning with the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the global professional body for Trust and Estate professionals.
