Damian was articled to Bruce Streather before qualifying as a solicitor in 1989. He was a partner in the firm until his retirement in 2022 when he became a consultant. He continues to advise on commercial leases: negotiating terms, drafting leases and advising on existing leases, including their termination and assignment.
