Gregory qualified in 2014 and is a partner in the litigation team.

  • Assisting a distributor manage its warehouse portfolio, to include business lease renewals, break notices and advising on break pre-conditions
  • Possession proceedings to remove squatters from five-storey commercial premises
  • Without notice High Court injunction protecting tenant’s use of commercial unit
  • First-tier Tribunal proceedings for adverse possession of a commercial plot
  • Vesting Order claims, following Crown or liquidator disclaimers of head leases
