Gregory qualified in 2014 and is a partner in the litigation team.
His areas of practice include:

- Disputes concerning loan agreements, including claims made against guarantors
- Professional negligence
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant
- Rights of way, boundary disputes and adverse possession
- Co-ownership disputes
His recent experience covers:
- Claims for loan monies, together with enforcement abroad
- Claims concerning a director’s personal guarantee, secured against property, with overriding interests and penalty issues
- Assisting a distributor manage its warehouse portfolio, to include business lease renewals, break notices and advising on break pre-conditions
- Possession proceedings to remove squatters from five-storey commercial premises
- Without notice High Court injunction protecting tenant’s use of commercial unit
- First-tier Tribunal proceedings for adverse possession of a commercial plot
- Vesting Order claims, following Crown or liquidator disclaimers of head leases
