Cormac is a regulatory and dispute resolution solicitor and senior compliance manager for the firm. Cormac advises the firm and clients on a range of matters including:

1. Compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to anti-money laundering and financial crime
2. Complex regulatory and criminal investigations
3. Conflicts of interest, ethics and conduct
4. Data protection, confidentiality and privilege
5. Professional liability
6. General commercial disputes and property disputes
7. Drafting and advising on a range of compliance and business policies

Cormac is also the Complaints handler for the firm.
