I was assigned with Oliver Clark where he has provided exception and prompt service through the whole process. The initial process was done online of which it was efficient and it covers most of the information I need to provide and the rest was done via email and phone call. The process was relatively smooth in my perspective of which there were a lot of chasing in the background with the buyer's and builder's admin staff. Overall it was great experience and is worth the extra cost via Foxtons
Luke and Charlene were excellent in helping us with our first home purchase. They came as a recommendation and I would now also recommend working with them based on our positive experience. They were incredibly quick, always proactively staying a step ahead and made themselves available for all of our questions.
