I've been lucky enough to work with Max Loble on the purchase of my flat. Due to a sitting tenant not leaving this process took a considerable amount of time. Max has been kind, patient and understanding all through this process.
When the tenant finally left Max completed and exchanged within a week of my instruction. If only ever solicitors had a Max, he's been great.
