A fantastic team, particularly Bianca. We had a rather nightmarish process with our flat purchase because the seller’s solicitors were strangely incompetent and erratic, which was then explained by the fact they were suddenly shut down pending a criminal investigation into the alleged embezzlement of millions of pounds. Quite stressful, and delayed things by quite a few weeks! But Bianca and her team were brilliant at managing it all, keeping us informed and calm and making sure everything was in order. We also had an offer fall through and they were kind enough not to charge us for the hours accrued by starting the process. I would recommend them very highly, and would not hesitate to use them again if I were ever mad enough to consider moving house again!
