Andrew Roth

Joined Streathers in January 2025, having qualified as a Solicitor in November 2023.
Andrew graduated from the University of Southampton with first-class honours in History. Following this, Andrew completed his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at BPP University.
Andrew is a part of the Dispute Resolution Team at Streathers and has extensive experience in litigation, having worked in this area since 2020.
Andrew regularly advises both individuals and companies on a broad range of civil claims, with particular expertise in property disputes. He acts for freeholders, leaseholders, landlords and tenants on a wide variety of matters, including leasehold disputes, disrepair claims and possession proceedings.
