Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor into the Private Client department in 2021, having initially joined Streathers as a Paralegal in 2017.
Although predominantly based in the firm’s Crouch End office, Elizabeth works across the North London offices, and advises on a range of private client matters. Her specialty areas include the following:
Probate matters, to include:
- Guiding executors and administrations through all aspects of the administration of an estate
- Advising on post-death variations
- Advising on intestacy
- Dealing with estates with an international element
- Court of Protection matters, to include:
- Deputyship applications
- Applications for one-off decisions (including buying and selling property and gifts)
- Generally advising deputies and attorneys
- Managing the property and affairs of those who lack capacity
