Eloise joined Streathers Crouch End from a City firm as a Senior Associate in our Residential Property department.

At 10 years PQE Eloise brings a wealth of experience to a range of property transactions. She deals with the disposal and acquisition of freehold and leasehold properties, including new builds, buy-to-lets, and large property portfolios.  Eloise is experienced in dealing with property finance and re-financing matters including Islamic finance with private and international lenders.

Eloise’s client base includes acting for high-net worth individuals, developers, and first-time buyers as well as institutional lenders and corporate investors, she is a trusted point of contact.
