Jacalyn Rosenfeld

Jacalyn qualified in 1989 in South Africa and ran her own practice in Johannesburg before settling in the UK and requalifying in English Law in 1999 when she joined Henry Boustred and Sons where she initially dealt with a broad variety of legal matters. However with her interest in private client matters she has over the last 15  years developed an extensive probate practice ranging from simple estates to complex high value estates with complicated inheritance tax issues  often with an international element. Jacalyn also advises on post death Deeds of Variations and has also specialised in Court of Protection work, such as Deputyship applications and other Court of Protection Applications .  Jacalyn joined Streathers in 2018 when Henry Boustred and Sons was acquired by Streathers.
