Nick Waldron
Nick joined Streathers as a paralegal in November 2020. Shortly afterwards, Nick started his training contract in February 2021.
Nick graduated from the University of Sussex with a BA (Hons) in Geography and, subsequently completed his Graduate Diploma in Law with merit. Nick achieved a distinction in both the Legal Practice Course and Master of Laws at the University of Law in Moorgate.
Nick has extensive experience in dispute resolution having worked in the area since 2018.
Nick typically works with freeholders, leaseholders, landlords and tenants on a wide variety of residential and commercial property disputes. Nick regularly advises on landlord and tenant matters, commercial and residential lease renewal and termination, disrepair / dilapidations claims, rent arrears claims, possession proceedings and service charge disputes.
